Rajiv has over 35 years of experience in operations management, business strategy, planning, procurement and project management. He has expertise in the techno-commercial realm of natural and synthetic fibres, and textile products. He has been a recipient of several fellowships from prestigious bodies like University Grant Commission (UGC), Department of Science & Technology (DST), and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India. In May 2019, he retired as the Assistant Director of the Sericulture Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh (UP), India. During his long and illustrious career Rajiv drafted many successful business strategies boosting UP’s trade of natural fibres with other Indian states and abroad, and generated employment opportunities.
Vina has over 30 years of diverse experience in polymer chemistry, project management, supply-chain management, education, finance and law. She specialises in organic chemistry including the development of various polymer resin systems. She has obtained an MSc in Chemistry from Kanpur University, Kanpur, India. In her 30 years of diverse career she has developed a broad range of expertise in the field of polymers, composites, finance, education, legal and compliance. Vina is a Philanthropist and runs a non-profit organisation in India which focuses on Women Development & Child Welfare. She likes to travel, meeting new people and spreading awareness about education, and physical and mental health.
Tanmay specialises in the engineering design, analysis, development and manufacturing of advanced composite products and tooling. He has obtained an MSc and a BEng (Honours) in Aerospace Engineering from Swansea University, United Kingdom. Prior to Datum, he has worked with GE Aviation Wales, UK. He has been an integral part of several high impact Research and Development projects at Swansea University where he collaborated with world-leading scientists and industry experts. Tanmay likes to play cricket, snooker, guitar, and loves to travel.

Sondipon is a Professor of Engineering Mechanics at the James Watt School of Engineering of the University of Glasgow. He was the Chair of Aerospace Engineering in the College of Engineering of Swansea University (April 2007 – Oct 2021), and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (from April 2017). In 2010 he received the Wolfson Research Merit Award from the Royal Society (UK Academy of Sciences). He was an Engineering and Physical Science Research Council (EPSRC) Advanced Research Fellow (2004-09) and winner of the Philip Leverhulme Prize (2007) in Engineering. He received his PhD in 2001 from the University of Cambridge.

Ben is the Head of Department of Aerospace Engineering and sits on the design team for the Bloodhound Land Speed Record project with responsibilities for aerodynamic modelling. Dr Evans’s research interests range from computational shape optimisation and high speed aerodynamic modelling to molecular gas dynamics simulation and has worked with companies including Rolls-Royce, Airbus and Reaction Engines. He has interests in engineering public engagement and engineering education.

Alan has extensively worked in the British Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing as a Quality Assurance Engineer. He has delivered several complex projects and contracts within the Marine and Aerospace domain, ranging from submarine components, fighter jet parts to missile cannisters and marine vessel systems. He has been an AS9100 Lead Auditor – 2016 Variant (Rev. D), and an issuing authority through Chartered Quality Institute and The International Register of Certificated Auditors (CQI/IRCA).
